Refund Policy - the basics
We strive for excellence and complete satisfaction at your home. There may be times a detail is missed by a team member. In that event, we request that you allow us to come back to your home to address your concern, this is at no additional charge to you. A partial refund can be negotiated in situations where you cannot feel fully satisfied with our work.
What isn't include in the Refund Policy
Refunds must be requested within a reasonable timeframe. In empty homes, spiders will create more webs after we leave, if toilets aren't flushed they can create new water stains, dust always returns. At times there may be damage to a home that cannot be fixed with cleaning alone, refunds will not be given when the issue cannot be fixed by cleaning alone. As an example, corrosion that has penetrated a surface. Refunds also will not be issued for services offered but denied, such as if washing walls was recommended but customer elected not to have done. Refunds also will not be issued for cleaning needs that arise after we have left the home, such as a customer tracks dirt in the home or a pet sheds after we have completed the cleaning.
