Privacy Policy - the basics
We value your privacy. We have enhanced security on our websites to protect you. We will not speak about you or your home unless it is with our team so we can best help you. At times, pictures and videos may be taken for marketing purposes. If there is anything which can potentially identify you to the home, your permission will be requested to use the image. Times it may not be requested and an imaged used are scenarios such as a picture of a toilet or dumping dirty mop water, things that are generic and even you wouldn't know that it's from your house.
Additional notes on the Privacy Policy
It is important to note that when we are cleaning your home we are cleaning every accessible area of your home. With that, we may come across private or intimate items if they are not put away in closed drawers. If an intimate item is left out, we will clean around it discreetly.
If you have teenage children, we are parents too and we understand that they may get into things such as alcohol, tobacco or marijuana. If you have not specified how you would like us to approach that, our policy is to inform parents of any items not legal for a teenager to posses. We will not remove items, however, as we find that to be overstepping our roles.
