Terms & Conditions - the basics
Payment is due upon job completion. We appreciate your prompt payment so we can continue cleaning for other clients as well.
Estimates of deep cleans are based upon total hours to be worked and subject to final job completion. There are times we may run into a tricky area that requires additional time and there are times everything may clean up much easier than expected and take us less time.
Requesting additional tasks be added after booking a service will affect the final price.
We don't expect you to pre-clean your home but if you have surfaces decluttered and floors picked up, you save money as we can spend less time tidying up and more time cleaning!
It is important to remember that cleaning professionals are not maids.
Cleaning professionals are there to clean your home. With that, certain items are not in our normal job tasks. We do not wash laundry and request you pick up all laundry off the floor before we get there. We do not scoop or change litter boxes. We do not wash dishes or put dishes away. We do not pick up kids toys. All above items are negotiable to meet clients needs but must be discussed ahead of time so that we can ensure we have scheduled enough time for your home to be properly cleaned.
